Enjoy cooking with your child!

Children love to help in the kitchen.  There are many things that your child can do to help you prepare meals.   Here are some great tips to try with your child:
  • Wash fruits and veggies before preparing
  • Tear lettuce 
  • Measure and mix ingredients
  • Name and count foods
  • Help assemble foods like a salad
  • Cut fruits and veggies with a dull knife
